In this piece I tried to create a new monster for @splinterlands. In this piece I used pyrography(wood burning), acrylic paints and colored pencils on wood.
I started drawing the head, then wings, hands and legs and finally tail.
After that I added ornaments.
After that I burned the drawing on wood.
I started coloring this monster with colored pencils.
Once I was done coloring the dragon I added frames to the piece and flames around dragon paws. For this I used acrylic paints. I finished the piece by adding background with black pencil. Once the piece was completed I started varnishing it.
