Hola amigos espero están bien hoy bien, hoy les quiero mostrar mi nuevo dibujo para mi participación de semanal en esplinterlands, para esta ocasión use una carta de tipo agua por asi decirlo la cual es “Coastal Sentry” la cual la dibuje porque hasta ahora no he dibujado una sirena y tenía la intriga de ver cómo me quedaba y busque muchas referencias, para tener la idea para empezar a dibujar el boceto
Hello friends I hope you are well today, today I want to show you my new drawing for my weekly participation in splinterlands, for this occasion I used a water type card so to speak which is "Coastal Sentry" which I drew it because until now I have not drawn a mermaid and I was intrigued to see how it looked like and I looked for many references, to have the idea to start drawing the sketch..
Después de terminar el boceto y remarcar las líneas de la mejor manera que se me ocurrió, después me puse a pintar las partes humanas o la piel del mismo color que en la carta, luego continúe con la parte de la cola de pez de un color rosa tirando a morado, para darle también un toque más de que esta debajo del agua le hice unos Corales medio allí para que ambientaran un poco más.
After finishing the sketch and highlighting the lines in the best way I could think of, then I started to paint the human parts or the skin in the same color as in the card, then I continued with the part of the fish tail in a pink color, to give it also a touch more that it is underwater I made some Corals half there to give it a little more atmosphere.

Después de hacer esas cosas me puce a detallar las aletas de ella y el pelo, mientras que estaba en ello me puse a pensar en que podía hacer de fondo o como hacer el agua así que me puse a ver videos de océanos y me aparecieron un verguero de cosas rondón y teorías XD.
After doing those things I started to detail her fins and hair, while I was doing that I started to think about what I could do in the background or how to do the water so I started to watch videos of oceans and a lot of things popped up and theories XD.

Me puse a hacer las entradas de la luz del agua y unas sombras de otro color que siendo sincero no me convencieron mucho, entonces detalle los corales con 3 tonalidades diferentes para que se distinguieran una de la otra, para ya casi finalizar me puse a detallar las pocas o bueno la mayoría de partes que faltaron por pintar.
I started to make the entrances of the water light and some shadows of another color that to be honest I was not very convinced, then I detailed the corals with 3 different shades to distinguish one from the other, to almost finish I started to detail the few or most of the parts that were missing to paint.

Y ya por ultimo le agregue 2 luces una de arriba y una proveniente de abajo por que en los videos se veía un reflejo a veces de abajo o solo por la simple distancia.
And finally I added 2 lights, one from above and one from below because in the videos you could see a reflection sometimes from below or just because of the simple distance.
