Shattered (Iteration 1), Acrylic on Canvas, 2020
I took a different approach to this one. I haven’t painted anything quite this emotionally abstract. I hope you like it.

The canvas board was too big to scan, so I decided to use my Nikon instead. And I decided to have a bit of fun with the different effects. So much variety from one painting.

I won’t speak on the subject. Just interpret it how you will.

Actually I will. My wife claims to have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). This is a representation of her fractured identity. I know it hurts her tremendously to deal with having so many minds. It's also very difficult to deal with on my end, I never know who I am going to get. It can be exciting, but it is also destroying me.

Thus ends my Every Painting Project. I’m writing this in August and I have gotten way behind in scanning and such. So I’ll just start random ordered posts now. I hope you enjoyed watching my progress!
I’m posting every painting I have ever done from 2014 to the present, the good, the bad, and the ugly. With an occasional photograph or sketch thrown in just to mix things up. Check back daily to see my progression as an “artist”!
