PROCESS:
I started to do the vector line-art first.
Then do the patches.
Detailing, using blur, eraser and brush tools.
Starting to create the crown.
Vector File of Crown and the Dragon Crest...
Eyes detailing..
Adding Colors etc.
Putting Signature
