flies like metal,
gears are set in motion.
Mechanical butterfly.
Butterflies symbolize change, transformation in the world, from caterpillar to its final result.
Where is the world going, where is it heading? Humans with gears, control, propaganda, plans, uncritical humans?
Design process
The design is made with 3 images and 18 layers.
The background is made with the image of the fractal gears, increasing the color, brightness and contrast.
Then place the butterfly in the center in several layers, blending modes, where it barely blends with the background, giving it a lot of color and brightness.
Then use the image of the gears, cutting a part of it and placing it on one of the wings, in three layers with blends. I duplicated those layers and placed them on the other wing, symmetrically.
Use another part of that image to make the body of the butterfly in two layers.
Finally, I duplicated the background twice, placed it over the whole design with fusions, lighten and weave, giving the feeling of electricity that gives life to the gears of the butterfly.
The animation was developed entirely in After Effects, using light effects and varying the opacity of the images, making the layers appear smoothly and alternating them.

Mariposa mecánica.
Las mariposas simbolizan el cambio, la transformación en el mundo, de oruga a su resultado final.
¿A dónde va el mundo, a donde se dirige? ¿Humanos con engranajes, control, propaganda, planes, humanos sin sentido crítico?
Proceso del diseño
El diseño esta realizado con 3 imágenes y 18 capas.
El fondo lo realiza con la imagen de los engranajes fractales, aumentando el color, brillo y contraste.
Luego coloque la mariposa en el centro en varias capas, modos de fusión, donde apenas se entremezcle con el fondo, dándole mucho color y brillo.
Posteriormente utilice la imagen de los engranajes, cortando una parte y acomodándola en una de las alas, en tres capas con fusiones. Dupliqué esas capas y las coloqué en la otra ala, simétricamente.
Utilice otra parte de esa imagen para hacer el cuerpo de la mariposa en dos capas.
Por último, dupliqué el fondo dos veces, lo coloqué sobre todo el diseño con fusiones aclarar y trama, dando la sensación de electricidad que da vida a los engranajes de la mariposa.
La animación la desarrollé totalmente en After Effects, usando efectos de luces y variando las imágenes en su opacidad, haciendo que aparezcan suavemente las capas y se vayan alternando.
