Alone again

Hola comunidad, espero que estén muy bien, hoy quiero compartir un dibujo que me gustó mucho y que hice en un momento vulnerable, a veces es difícil poder expresarse en el dibujo, pero simplemente hay que dejarse llevar y hacer lo que quieras y lo que te guste.

La soledad se puede manifestar aunque estes rodeada de muchas personas, personas incluso cercanas, a veces siento un anhelo de recordar momentos de mi vida que ya no pueden volver, por eso siento que vivo mirando hacia atrás y no hacia un futuro mejor, y la soledad se manifiesta cada vez que tengo estos recuerdos, pues creo que siempre he tenido esta sensación de que aún falta una parte de mí, estoy incompleta.
Me siento bien de poder tener el arte para expresar estas cosas que guardo y además hacerlo de una manera armoniosa donde pueda disfrutar de lo que hago.

Hablando un poco de la técnica de este dibujo, pues utilice colores que me gustan mucho, ya saben que amo las tonalidades frías pero quise agregar un contraste de colores diferentes aunque sea en detalles mínimos, espero que les guste.

Hello community, I hope you are very well, today I want to share a drawing that I really liked and that I did in a vulnerable moment, sometimes it is difficult to express yourself in the drawing, but you just have to let yourself go and do what you want and what you like.
Loneliness can manifest itself even if you are surrounded by many people, even close people, sometimes I feel a longing to remember moments of my life that can no longer return, so I feel that I live looking back and not towards a better future, and loneliness manifests itself every time I have these memories, because I think I've always had this feeling that there is still a part of me missing, I am incomplete.

I feel good to be able to have the art to express these things that I keep and also to do it in a harmonious way where I can enjoy what I do.

Talking a little bit about the technique of this drawing, I used colors that I like a lot, you know I love cold tones but I wanted to add a contrast of different colors even in minimal details, I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realice mi boceto sin mucha idea de que haría, así que hice un boceto simple sin tantos detalles y el resto seria improvisar. Para la base del rostro coloque un color rosa pálido, luego agregue nuevas capas donde comencé a añadir mas y mas tonalidades hasta darle cada vez más forma al rostro. Para el cabello tenia la idea de hacerlo con negro, pero decidí elegir un color azul pálido.

I made my sketch without much idea of what I would do, so I made a simple sketch without so many details and the rest would be improvising.
For the base of the face I put a pale pink color, then I added new layers where I started to add more and more shades until I gave more and more shape to the face. For the hair I had the idea of doing it with black, but I decided to choose a pale blue color.

Después de definir bien el rostro, comencé a pintar su pecho con negro simulando un suéter negro, ahora empecé a añadir luces y sombras al cabello para darle mas movimiento y realismo, se me ocurrió pintar una especie de alas saliendo del cabello para esto utilicé un color similar al de los labios, pero mas claro y desaturado, por cierto, los labios al principio serian de un color natural, pero se me ocurrió agregar este tono rojo oscuro y la verdad me encantó. En el fondo coloque una base azul diferente al color del cabello obviamente, luego utilice un pincel que descubrí hace poco tiene una textura similar a la acuarela, me gustó bastante, en este punto comencé a experimentar con diferentes colores creando este efecto de acuarela de fondo, agregue algunas iluminaciones en el rostro y ojos, finalmente realice un ajuste de color para darle un toque un poco mas nostálgico al dibujo.

After defining the face well, I started to paint her chest with black simulating a black sweater, now I started to add lights and shadows to the hair to give it more movement and realism, I thought of painting a kind of wings coming out of the hair for this I used a color similar to the lips, but lighter and desaturated, btw, the lips at first would be of a natural color, but I thought of adding this dark red tone and I really loved it.
In the background I placed a blue base different from the hair color obviously, then I used a brush that I recently discovered has a texture similar to watercolor, I liked it a lot, at this point I began to experiment with different colors creating this watercolor effect in the background, I added some highlights in the face and eyes, finally I made a color adjustment to give a touch more nostalgic to the drawing.
