Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is one of the anime that currently has been one of the most striking of the moment and it is here where we can follow the adventures of the ninja of the blade, from the hand of the son of Naruto Uzumaki, as the new protagonist, we can see how he improves his skills along with amazing fights in which the Seventh Hokage unleashes all his power.
Something that we find very interesting is that with the Otsutsuki Awakening phase of the Kawaki saga has reached its climax when the Seventh Hojage, Sasuke Uchiha and Naruto's son, begin their fight against Isshiki Otsutsuki.
The previous episode of the series saw the Otsutsuki invading Konoha Village after fighting Kashin Koji, and fans got a brief glimpse of just how powerful this new Otsutsuki really was as he battled the village's strongest defenders with ease.
Now the fight has been taken to a whole new level and the preview of Naruto Barion Mode became one of the most epic moments in the Shonen franchise.
After ending the previous episode with Naruto's son opening a portal to a new dimension to keep Isshiki away, episode 216 of the Boruto anime available on Crunchyroll, took the battle to a new phase, as Isshiki promised to eliminate the problem here, before taking his time with the rest.
Now that he is doing his best, Naruto was on the verge of death. That was until Kurama suggested that he use a new form that would act as a final gamble for the two of them. This was a powerful new form that seemed to even the odds.
Episode 216 showed Naruto pinned between two giant cubes that Isshiki had summoned, and while bleeding out, Kurama approached him. Naruto reaffirms how much he is willing to sacrifice to protect the village and sees that he is truly ready to die for this.
While the Seventh Hokage doesn't have a plan, Kurama suggests something that is a "do or die, ultimate resistance, ultimate secret weapon" that he has been holding back all this time. But this new weapon will ultimately result in his death. Hearing this, Naruto doesn't hesitate to accept the terms.
After this, Naruto begins to burn with a dark red Chakra and emerges from the cubes with a completely new form. This form has not yet been officially named in the episode, but it is known as Naruto Barion Mode, (Baryon Mode), as revealed earlier in the manga and in the anime's promotional materials.
