Hola de nuevo! Hoy les traigo un post súper genial, cumpliendo el tercer día de este reto, el cual fue ideado por @kuronokenshi que pueden leer con más detalle aquí, y se basa en un blogging challenge de anime. Pensar un buen protagonista es difícil ya que hay muchos buenos objetivamente, otros malos y otros que unos aman y otros odian, sin embargo yo tengo una lista de protagonistas increíbles en mi cabeza en los cuales se encuentran Luffy de One Piece, Guts de Berserk, Light de Death Note, Edward de Fullmetal Alchemist, Gintoki de Gintama, Kenshin de Samurai X y la lista es larga, sin embargo, hay uno que sin duda me encantó porque de verdad, amo su personalidad y desarrollo a lo largo de este anime, así que, comencemos!
Hello again! Today I come with a super cool post, fulfilling the third day of this challenge, which was devised by @kuronokenshi that you can read in more detail here, and it is based on an anime blogging challenge. Thinking of a good main character is difficult as there are many objectively good ones, bad ones, and ones that some love and others hate, however I have a list of amazing main characters in my head in which are Luffy from One Piece, Guts from Berserk, Light from Death Note, Edward from Fullmetal Alchemist, Gintoki from Gintama, Kenshin from Samurai X and the list is long, however, there is one that without a doubt I loved because I really love his personality and development throughout this anime, so, let's go!
Spike Spiegel
Los que me conocen personalmente saben que Cowboy Bebop es mi anime favorito (esto lo dejaré para el último día de este reto) y de verdad Spike me encanta, lo amo. Aunque la serie aborda muy bien el desarrollo de cada personaje que hay en la tripulación Bebop, el protagonista acapara todo ya que saben centrar muy bien su historia. Voy a hablar de él sin dar spoilers importantes por si no han visto la serie y les interesa verla un día. Spike es un cazarrecompensas el cual tiene un nivel bastante alto en manejo de armas y pelea cuerpo a cuerpo, teniendo mucha fuerza y reflejos excelente a pesar de parecer un hombre de complexión delgada, además de ser bastante ambicioso en lo que quiere. Aunque se muestra despreocupado, tuvo un pasado donde vivió en la pobreza, como muchos intuirán esto llevo a que Spike robara para no morir de hambre, poco a poco va creciendo y conoce a una organización la cual es vital para convertir a Spike en lo que es.
Those of you who know me personally know that Cowboy Bebop is my favorite anime (I'll save that for the last day of this challenge) and I really love Spike, I love him. Although the series deals very well with the development of each character that is in the Bebop crew, the main character hogs everything as they know how to focus his story very well. I'm going to talk about him without giving major spoilers in case you haven't seen the series and are interested in watching it one day. Spike is a bounty hunter who has a fairly high level in handling weapons and melee fighting, having a lot of strength and excellent reflexes despite looking like a man of thin build, besides being quite ambitious in what he wants. Although it is shown carefree, he had a past where he lived in poverty, as many will intuit this led to Spike to steal to avoid starvation, gradually grows and meets an organization which is vital to make Spike what he is.
Spike entra a una organización o sindicato criminal llamado "Dragón Rojo" donde conoce a Vicious (uno de mis villanos favoritos del anime), ahí va desarrollando sus habilidades y se hacen compañeros. En un momento a otro, Vicous quiere matar a Spike para volverse líder de la organización y Spike finge su muerte por amor, ya que no le importaba el puesto. Esto hace que Spike conoce a Jet su vida cambia drásticamente, convirtiéndose en un cazarrecompensas a pesar de su tormentoso pasado. Este pasado lo sigue atormentando muy en sus adentros, pero aún así toma una actitud despreocupada ante las cosas, además de ser bastante empático con sus compañeros. Tiene un desarrollo bastante bueno y una personalidad bastante consolidada que a medida que avanza la historia, se moldea de manera increíble. Spike es genial, amo su personalidad, como defiende a los que quiere, como lucha y a pesar de todo, sigue adelante. ¡Te amo Spike!
Spike enters an organization or criminal syndicate called "Red Dragon" where he meets Vicious (one of my favorite villains of the anime), there he develops his skills and they become partners. At one point, Vicious wants to kill Spike to become the leader of the organization and Spike fakes his death for love, since he didn't care about the position. This causes Spike meets Jet his life changes drastically, becoming a bounty hunter despite his stormy past. This past still haunts him deep down inside, but he still takes a carefree attitude to things, as well as being quite empathetic to his companions. He has a pretty good development and a pretty solidified personality that as the story progresses, molds incredibly well. Spike is great, I love his personality, how he stands up for the ones he loves, how he fights and despite everything, he keeps going. I love you Spike!

Los personajes humanos me encantan y Spike representa muy bien lo frágil que pueden llegar a ser las personas, pero que a su vez siguen adelante para cumplir sus objetivos. I hope you liked this post! Spike is my favorite protagonist along with his anime, I really love it and I hope you are encouraged to watch it. I love human characters and Spike represents very well how fragile people can be, but still go forward to accomplish their goals. I'd love to know which is your favorite anime main character!
