Welcome dear internet travelers and thank you very much for making a stop in my post, at one point I felt like watching a zombie anime so I started looking for something that met that parameter and I stumbled upon "Zombie-Loan" where zombies are hunted and offer juicy rewards for these, I found all this quite interesting at first and that is why we are here today. Without more to add, get ready to hunt the undead because we are about to start.
Bienvenidos queridos viajeros del internet y muchas gracias por hacer una parada en mi post, en un momento dado tuve ganas de ver un anime de zombies por lo que empecé a buscar algo que cumpliera con ese parámetro y me topé con “Zombie-Loan” en donde los zombies son cazados y ofrecen jugosas recompensas por estos, todo esto me pareció bastante interesante en un primer momento y es por ello que nos encontramos hoy aquí. Sin más que agregar prepárense para cazar a no muertos pues estamos por comenzar.
Zombie-Loan is based on the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Peach-Pit, its anime version was produced by XEBEC M2 and released in 2007, has 11 episodes and another 2 extra episodes in its DVD version. The anime focuses on Michiru Kita a young girl who knows Chika Akatsuki and Shito Tachibana because she saw black rings on their necks that are a symbol that they were dead, however they have a contract that prevents them from finishing dying, the reason she can see them is because she has Shinigami eyes, the boys decide to take advantage of this ability to hunt down other individuals with black rings but who do not have contracts to obtain reward and be able to pay their debt.
Zombie-Loan se basa en el manga del mismo nombre escrito e ilustrado por Peach-Pit, su versión de anime fue producida por XEBEC M2 y estrenada en 2007, cuenta con 11 episodios y otros 2 episodios extras en su versión de DVD. El anime se centra en Michiru Kita una chica joven que conoce a Chika Akatsuki y Shito Tachibana debido a que vio anillos negros en sus cuellos que son símbolo de que estaban muertos, sin embargo ellos poseen un contrato que impide que se terminen de morir, la razón por la que puede verlos es porque tiene ojos de Shinigami, los chicos deciden aprovechar esa habilidad para cazar a otros individuos con anillos negros pero que no posean contratos para obtener recompensa y poder pagar su deuda.

The characters are a tragedy since unfortunately none of them are memorable so I will not waste time naming them since not even the author himself cared.
Los personajes son una tragedia puesto que desgraciadamente ninguno de ellos es recordable por lo que no perderé el tiempo nombrándolos puesto que ni siquiera al propio autor le importaron.
The animation is extremely ugly and static, the characters look cute and the fights are the most boring since they do not present any kind of emotion. The soundtrack is equally horrible since it is non-existent and in the cases that are present it is extremely bland and devoid of originality.
La animación es sumamente fea y estática, los personajes parecen monigotes y las peleas son de lo más aburridas puesto que no presentan ninguna clase de emoción. La banda sonora es igualmente horrible puesto que es inexistente y en los casos que se hace presente es sumamente sosa y carente de originalidad.
The construction of the world is incomplete since it raises the possibility that individuals can resurrect to maintain order and guide the wayward souls, by proposing all this should make the world different but it lacks any kind of adjustment to that, in fact the world it poses is lacking in customization and the explanations it gives for all events is extremely weak and quite incongruous. The above is taken to such an extent that it does not explain fundamental aspects of its world so it leaves adrift many issues that it raises.
La construcción de mundo es incompleta puesto que plantea la posibilidad de que individuos puedan resucitar para mantener el orden y guiar a las almas descarriadas, al plantear todo esto debería hacer que el mundo fuese diferente pero este carece de cualquier clase de ajuste a eso, de hecho el mundo que plantea es carente de personalización y las explicaciones que da para todos los sucesos es sumamente endeble y bastante incongruente. Lo anterior se lleva a tal punto de que no explica aspectos fundamentales de su mundo por lo que deja a la deriva muchos temas que plantea.
The plot from good to first is very interesting since it raises the fact of extending life through a contract and a loan, the way of payment is through the hunting of illegal zombies and the more dangerous the greater the reward. At first glance the story sounds very interesting but lacks a remarkable development since everything revolves in circles, there is a goal but this lacks time to develop and honestly the events that should be attractive and interesting but end up being empty and simply boring.
La trama de buenas a primeras es muy interesante puesto que plantea el hecho de extender la vida mediante un contrato y un préstamo, la forma de pago es mediante la caza de zombies ilegales y mientras más peligroso sea mayor será la recompensa. En un primer vistazo la historia suena muy interesante pero carece de un desarrollo destacable puesto que todo gira en círculos, existe un objetivo pero a este le falta tiempo para desarrollarse y sinceramente los eventos que deberían ser atrayentes e interesantes pero terminan siendo vacíos y sencillamente aburridos.
The characters are another weak point of the anime since none presents a minimum iota of characterization, much less some kind of development, they are shells devoid of personality and exaggeratedly generic. In short, the main characters are an innocent and somewhat silly girl, a reckless and impulsive boy, and, finally, another silent boy who has secrets and so on, what I have just described are generic prototypes for any shonen since they do not have any trait that differentiates them. At some point you try to give a background to one of them but everything is told in a hurry and feels like something improvised; of cherry for dessert is the fact of adding characters of which only the name is known, appear to fulfill specific functions and is all the prominence they have.
Los personajes son otro punto débil del anime puesto que ninguno presenta un mínimo ápice de caracterización, y mucho menos alguna clase de desarrollo, son cascarones carentes de personalidad y exageradamente genéricos. En resumidas cuentas los personajes principales son una chica inocente y algo tonta, un chico imprudente e impulsivo, y, por último, otro chico silencioso que posee secretos y demás, lo que les acabo de describir son prototipos genéricos para cualquier shonen puesto que no poseen ningún rasgo que los diferencien. Llegado un punto se intenta dar un trasfondo a uno de ellos pero todo se cuenta de forma apresurada y se siente como algo improvisado; de cereza para el postre está el hecho de agregar personajes de los que solo se conocen el nombre, aparecen para cumplir funciones específicas y es todo el protagonismo que tienen.
Zombie-Loan was a disappointment since it had an interesting theme but unfortunately its development is full of errors, in fact everything feels extremely rushed, the fact of having the typical format of few episodes played against it. That is why it deserves a rating of 1 star out of 7, an anime which greatly harms it to have such a short duration that it prevents it from becoming something moderately decent.
Zombie-Loan fue una decepción puesto que poseía una temática interesante pero desgraciadamente su desarrollo está plagado de errores, de hecho todo se siente sumamente apresurado, el hecho de tener el formato típico de pocos episodios le jugo en contra. Es por ello que merece una calificación de 1 estrella de 7, un anime el cual le perjudica enormemente tener una duración tan corta que le impide llegar a ser algo medianamente decente.
