One Piece surpassed Dragon Ball as Toei's most profitable anime franchise.
After seven years as Toei Animation's most profitable franchise, Dragon Ball has now been dethroned by One Piece!!
For most of us, Dragon Ball was our first anime, and as we all know, things are bound to change. Now we have different favourite shows and now want their costumes and franchise, and this is what led One Piece to overthrow Dragon Ball. Another thing I saw that was very interesting, which I am not sure of, was that Dragon Ball hasn't had an anime in almost 6 years.
Naruto has been crowned as the most popular kids anime TV show in the world.
If we mention anime to a non-anime fan and ask them to mention 5 anime they can think about, there is 80% chance they would mention Naruto. According to survey, this are the top 5 most popular kids' Tv show

In addition to the Naruto news, Minato's One-shot manga by Masashi Kishimoto is receiving an anime adaptation by a fan studion called "Galactic Republic"

Good news to all fan of TBATE manga; it has stated that the manga will be returning on May 18. I am a fan of the manga, and people have waited for more than a year for the return of the manga. Its a very interesting manga, and for those who have not started reading it, I think you should do so so you can catch up. One new thing about the return is that the author has changed artists, and it is expected to see new kinds of graphics and changes to the characters.
