Season Two of Centaurworld is coming out on December 7th!
That's awesome. The first season was only a few months ago, so it's really exciting to be getting Season 2 so quickly.
We have a trailer for season 2 as well. I personally only watched the start of the trailer before deciding not to watch it because I decided I'd rather be surprised when the show comes out and miss any spoilers in the trailer. However, the trailer for season 2 is on the Netflix Futures youtube channel if you want to watch it. I was going to link it but decided against it because the trailer's thumbnail has spoilers for Season 1.
It kind of makes sense that Season 2 would come out not long after season 1, because from what I've heard, Season 1 and Season 2 collectively make up the story that has been planned so far, and if you're a fan of Centaurworld, you are aware that Centaurworld is very ongoing story focused, like many Netflix shows. Apparently it isn't out of the realm of possibilities that Centaurworld may get more than 2 seasons and I don't know what they would do then since the first two seasons tell the whole original story, but that doesn't mean a hypothetical third (or more) seasons would be bad. There's likely more story to tell in the show's universe (ie all of the worlds within that, so Centaurworld and human world and anything else if there's more) and some fiction can really pull off changing concept somewhat partway through it. It's also been done before, like how Gravity Falls was a short series but had comics that followed after it, or how MLP: FIM was originally intended to end at the end of season 3, but then it didn't and they had to work out what to do with it.
I'm ecstatic for the second season and as for after season 2, I will happily accept either possibility of the show continuing or it ending there with its main story told.
