One of the better way to meet friends, is to meet at a Chinese restaurant. This is one of the real local restaurant that they invented many dishes by themselves. Let'e hear me out.
We got this clamp soup with ginger, very spicy and it feels good by gulping in the soup and the rice. We also have a plate of spinach for the ladies in the house.
Following by a huge claypot of simmer beef with raddish. Those raddish has been simmer for so long together with the beef, it become so soft as it will melt in my mouth. The broth is thick, but with a dash of Chinese herbal smell to it, definitely one of the kick ass beef dish if you ask me.
We also ordered a dish of not quite nice looiking, but taste mind fuckingly good with the mixture of diced spinach being infused to the beancurd tofu. The mushroom gave it a little bit more of chewy and makes it taste marvelously good.

Not forgetting this house significant Watermelon Chicken. How do you make marinated chicken sweet, other than adding sugar to it? The answer is, use watermelon juice!
Above all that?! Including a huge pot of rice, a Chinese herbal drink, some warm water and my Chinese tea, all include tax for 143, that's about $30, it's like steal for 5 pax dinner!
