Tienes que pasar horas vigilando y consolando y entre ese tiempo la mente necesita relajarse y estar un poco ocupada en otras cosas.
Muchas veces cuando hablo por teléfono tengo un bolígrafo y un papel y según converso mis manos se menean solas sobre el papel, son dibujos que no representan nada especial, o eso creo yo.
