Good morning! I've come to the last birthday celebrant for this month for my birthday fan arts. Tomoya Kanki!
Tomoya Kanki is the drummer of the Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK formed in 2005. He is an energetic drummer and always flashes a happy face. (Dubbed as the cutest drummer in the world. Lol.) Tomoya may always be at the farthest area during performances but he fans who never forget to pour appreciation on him. He has 2 sons and just celebrated his 33rd birthday yesterday. The oldest member of the band, yet the youngest looking. People often mistake him as the youngest.
Even with the corona virus lingering around, the band have managed to meet and hold a surprise birthday celebration for their precious drummer.
(The band is under the management of Amuse, the same management who hadles BABYMETAL.)
I made a 4-page comic for Tomoya's birthday! I drew this before the band's update and I never expected them to celebrate together. Anyway, this drawing is what I imagine happening when the pandemic rules in Japan are still strict. :)
The texts in dark color says, "omedetou" or "congratulations". While the yellow text says, "arigatou gozaimasu" or "thank you".

It is the band's tradition to smack the celebrant's face into the cake after blowing the candle. In my drawing, I had Tomoya slam his face voluntarily because no one should go near each other (social distancing). This is to continue the their tradition and not even the virus can stop it. Lol.
The little faces around are the other members. On the top right is Ryota saying "uso!" or "for real!?". Then on the lower right is Toru saying "nandeyanen" or something like, "what are you doing?" His eyes just looks sleepy but he's surprised too. On the lower left is Taka just screaming "aaaahhh!!!"

On this photo, Tomoya smirks and says "saikou" (yellow text) which means "the best!" Of course, on the lower left is Taka again screaming his hatred towards the virus, "corona dai kirai!!" (I hate corona!!!). Taka (the bully) would always hit Tomoya (poor Tomoya) and he is always in charged of slamming the birthday celebrant's face into the cake. If it wasn't for the pandemic rules, Tomoya has again become a victim of the bully. Lol.
