Abril es un buen mes para sembrar lo que uno quiere cultivar en verano, asimismo el mes de cumpleaños de mi mamá y ella ama tener flores en su jardín, por eso cuando decidí hacer el dibujo lo hice enfocado en ese tema. Para iniciar realicé el boceto con lápiz grafito HB sobre la cartulina escolar. Luego comencé a pintar el fondo con mezcla de tinta amarilla con un poco de magenta para hacer un tono amarillo naranja el cual apliqué con el pincel con agua.
April is a good month to sow what one wants to grow in summer, also the month of my mother's birthday and she loves having flowers in her garden, so when I decided to make the drawing I did it focused on that theme. To begin, I made the sketch with HB graphite pencil on the school cardboard. Then I began to paint the background with a mixture of yellow ink with a little magenta to make a yellow-orange tone which I applied with the brush with water.
Luego con mezcla de amarillo, muy poco magenta y solo un toque de cian pinté el rostro, los brazos y el pie.
Then with a mixture of yellow, very little magenta and just a touch of cyan, I painted the face, arms and feet.
Con mezcla de amarillo, magenta y un poco de cian obtuve el tono marrón para pintar la madera, aplicándolo en estado puro en la vetas de la madera y diluido con agua para las zonas intermedias.
With a mixture of yellow, magenta and a little cyan I obtained the brown tone to paint the wood, applying it in its pure state in the grain of the wood and diluted with water for the intermediate areas.
Con magenta y cian obtuve el color púrpura para pintar la franela de la chica. Con cian y agua pinté al pantalón.
With magenta and cyan I got the purple color to paint the girl's shirt. With cyan and water I painted the pants.
Con amarillo pinté las ramas y las hojas, después apliqué una capa de amarillo con cian para obtener verde. Pinté la rosa de magenta con amarillo y el tallo con el verde.
With yellow I painted the branches and leaves, then I applied a layer of yellow with cyan to get green. I painted the rose magenta with yellow and the stem with green.
Apliqué una capa de tinta amarilla sobre el cabello y luego apliqué una capa de magenta, respetando las luces del cabello.
I applied a layer of yellow ink on the hair and then applied a layer of magenta, respecting the highlights of the hair.
Pinté las letras del mes de abril y las iníciales de los días con el mismo verde de las plantas. Con color magenta pinté los números de los días. Con el color del fondo dibujé unos pequeños espirales.
I painted the letters of the month of April and the initials of the days with the same green of the plants. With magenta I painted the numbers of the days. With the background color I drew some small spirals.
Con un lápiz de color durazno detallé la piel. Con un bolígrafo negro delinee y di detalles a todo el dibujo.
With a peach colored pencil I detailed the skin. With a black pen I delineated and gave details to the whole drawing.
