Como siempre, primero dibujo a lápiz el esqueleto. Esta vez fue muy simple, apenas 3 líneas ya que todos los detalles se darían en la pintura.
As always, first I draw in pencil the skeleton. This time it was very simple, just 3 lines as all the details would be given in the painting.
La primera capa de acuarela fue de color amarillo para darle base a la dona. Por supuesto solo a la masa, aunque de igual forma no hubiese estado mal aplcarla también al chocolate.
The first layer of watercolor was yellow to give a base to the donut. Of course only the dough, although it would have been nice to apply it to the chocolate as well.
Luego le di algunas sombras en la masa para ir dando volumen. También comencé con la base del chocolate.

Primero le pinté las chispas de chocolate con el mismo marrón de la base. Luego lo fui oscureciendo.
First I painted the chocolate chips with the same brown as the base. Then I darkened it.
Añadí más negro a la mezcla y continué oscureciendo. Apliqué gris al plato y después comencé con el negro del fondo.

Para finalizar le di los últimos toques con creyón. Un poco de naranja a toda la dona. También el marrón para suavisar la acuarela y el negro para realzar y dar más volumen, también en las chispas de chocolate y unos pequeños toques de blanco para los brillos.
Al final le di 4 capas al fondo para que sea bien oscuro y la dona se venga hacia adelante.
To finish, I put the finishing touches on it with crayon. A little orange all over the doughnut. Also the brown to soften the watercolor and the black to enhance and give more volume, also in the chocolate chips and some small touches of white for the glitter.
At the end I gave 4 layers to the background so that it is very dark and the donut comes forward.
