Hola amigos de #hive espero que estén teniendo un feliz fin de semana que esté cargado de mucha #web3, pero que sobretodo se encuentren construyendo a través de #hive.
Nosotros en #lacasitahive a pesar de las circunstancias seguimos trabajando para lograr la masificación del ecosistema hive en todos los rincones posibles de nuestro estado Sucre-Venezuela, la semana pasada nos fuimos a dar una charla en la urbanización Brasil de la ciudad de Cumaná Estado Sucre-Venezuela aún grupo de cultores, quienes son patrimonio cultural de nuestro Estado Sucre.
En la charla contamos con la presencia de profesionales del teatro, de la danza, las artes escénicas y hasta payasos con una trayectoria de más de 30 años de carrera, son personas que tienen historias fascinantes que contarnos en nuestro ecosistema, creo firmemente que este grupo tiene mucho valor que aportar a nuestra blockchain.
Iniciamos diciendo que nuestro ecosistema #hive es ideal para ellos, para que esté ecosistema sirva de canal para mostrar al mundo todas esas cosas increíbles que ellos son capaces de realizar, imaginemos por un momento que estas personas nos comienzan a compartir desde sus experiencias personales, hasta las profesionales, también las diferentes técnicas de enseñanzas que sirvan de guía a muchos, estoy firmemente convencida de que en cada historia contada, por cada uno de ellos servirán de lección que dejará un aprendizaje a muchos.
Cómo siempre les recordamos que además de todo a través de #hive podrán dejar una huella imborrable de ellos mismos como personas, que evitará ser olvidada y borrado el legado que a pulso cada uno de ellos han venido construyendo, ellos simplemente quedaron encantados con esta idea, y están más que dispuestos a aprender para luego crear sus cuentas, porque así trabajamos, los enseñamos, los educamos y luego les creamos sus cuentas
En la charla aprovecharon de realizar todas las preguntas y aclarar todas las interrogantes que surgieron mientras se conversaba, yo a modo personal puedo decir que disfruto muchísimo observar el interés mostrado por personas adultas de pertenecer a nuestra blockchain, me encanta ver cómo sienten curiosidad por aprender, y poder así de esta manera romper con la brecha generacional que dificulta en muchas ocasiones adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías.
Nosotros como equipo estamos bien conscientes de que las personas de edad avanzada en ocasiones les cuesta más entender y adaptarse a lo nuevo, pero en este grupo nos conseguimos con personas dispuestas a estudiar y a adaptarse, ya que en estos últimos tiempos la tecnología a ellos si bien no la logran entender por completo, el uso de la web 2.0 les facilita un poquito su adaptación a la web 3.0, aún cuando no son para nada semejantes.
Está fue solo la primera de cuatro clases que le vamos a impartir a ese grupo, con el que vamos a trabajar de manera casi personalizada por tratarse como les he dicho de personas de avanzada edad, aunque también hay personas jóvenes asistiendo.
La labor del equipo de #lacasitahive y del cual formó parte, es de educar, para luego lograr masificar, sabemos y estamos conscientes que no es tarea fácil, nosotros no contamos con ningún tipo recursos más que los propios, pero para nosotros no es impedimento para realizar el trabajo, aunque sí debo confesar que nos limita muchísimo, ya que no podemos dejarle a los grupos que atendemos ningún tipo de material de publicidad.
Nosotros queremos hacer el trabajo y estamos más que dispuestos, pero no es para nada fácil cuando tienes todo en contra, somos un grupo de personas que ama este ecosistema y que sentimos que con todas las técnicas de marketing que conocemos, podríamos lograr cosas maravillosas en materia de masificación, pero solos no podemos, necesitamos de la ayuda de todos los que verdaderamente aman a esta blockchain y que de verdad quieren que se masifique, no se puede hablar de #criptoadopcion cuando la inmensa mayoría desconoce de la existencia de este ecosistema maravilloso, y en eso está el equipo de #lacasitahive, con sus recursos limitados, casi nulos haciendo su trabajo de hormiguita o más bien de abejita, educando.
Está charla es una, de muchísimas que estamos dando, porque aunque nadie nos apoye seguiremos haciendo el trabajo, porque nos gusta educar sobre #hive, me encanta cuando aportamos nuestro granito de arena para ayudar a cambiar vidas, queremos que todos amén a esta blockchain así como nosotros lo hacemos, la invitación es para que nos apoyes en nuestra comunidad, ayúdanos a seguir ayudando, ayúdanos a seguir educando, estamos seguros que pronto #lacasitahive le traerá buenas noticias en materia de #masificación, juntos podemos lograrlo.

In the talk we had the presence of professionals of theatre, dance, performing arts and even clowns with a career of more than 30 years, they are people who have fascinating stories to tell us in our ecosystem, I firmly believe that this group has a lot of value to contribute to our blockchain.
We start by saying that our #hive ecosystem is ideal for them, so that this ecosystem serves as a channel to show the world all those incredible things that they are capable of doing, imagine for a moment that these people begin to share with us from their personal experiences, to professional ones, also different teaching techniques that serve as a guide to many, I am firmly convinced that in each story told, by each of them will serve as a lesson that will leave a learning experience for many.
As always we remind them that in addition to everything through #hive they will be able to leave an indelible mark of themselves as people, which will avoid being forgotten and erasing the legacy that each of them have been building, they were simply delighted with this idea, and are more than willing to learn and then create their accounts, because this is how we work, we teach them, we educate them and then we create their accounts
In the talk they took the opportunity to ask all the questions and clarify all the questions that arose during the conversation, I personally can say that I really enjoy watching the interest shown by adults to belong to our blockchain, I love to see how they are curious to learn, and thus to break the generation gap that often makes it difficult to adapt to new technologies.
We as a team are well aware that older people sometimes find it more difficult to understand and adapt to the new, but in this group we get people willing to study and adapt, because in recent times the technology to them although they do not understand it completely, the use of web 2.0 makes it a little easier for them to adapt to web 3.0, even if they are not at all similar.
This was only the first of four classes that we are going to give to this group, with whom we are going to work in an almost personalised way because, as I have said, they are elderly people, although there are also young people attending.
The work of the #lacasitahive team, of which he was part, is to educate, to then achieve massification, we know and we are aware that it is not an easy task, we do not have any resources other than our own, but for us it is not an impediment to carry out the work, although I must confess that it limits us a lot, since we can not leave the groups we serve any kind of advertising material.
We want to do the job and we are more than willing, but it is not easy when you have everything against you, we are a group of people who love this ecosystem and we feel that with all the marketing techniques we know, we could achieve wonderful things in terms of massification, but alone we can't. We need the help of all those who know how to do it, we need the help of all those who truly love this blockchain and who really want it to be massified, you can't talk about #cryptoadoption when the vast majority is unaware of the existence of this wonderful ecosystem, and that's where the #lacasitahive team is, with its limited resources, almost null, doing its job as an ant or rather as a bee, educating.
