Dredd is a film that was interesting in some places. The venue is very limited (everything takes place in a huge 200-storey building) and the effects ... make you think. A bit bloody and brutal, but it was worth watching.

The territory of America in the future is an endless desert. On the East Coast, from Boston to Washington DC lies Mega City One, a huge metropolis, dominated by violence, where over 400 million people live in perpetual fear. The only ones trying to bring order to this urban chaos are the so-called Judges. They represent the whole system: law enforcement, jurors, judges and executioners.
This movie is welcome along with the well thought out and made Hollywood movies. Although made with lesser known actors, the film is a success in which good defeats evil, the law defeats corruption. Cruelty, blood, glitter, slow motion, drugs ... A unique combination. The effects are interesting ... the film is worth the precious time given to watch it.
