Here is a walk around the zoo for this #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay
Finally we had a nice warm day here so we went to the zoo. Here is a wallaby taking in the warm sun rays.
The baby hippo came out for some warm rays too. It was a bit bashful and I couldn't get a shot of its face.
Here is an African striped deer.
Here's a shot showing their stripes better. The silly Canadian geese love hanging out with the zoo animals.
The wolves were just waking up and being shy in the back of their enclosure. Last year I got to see the puppies, maybe these are them grown up now.
The grizzly bear was out looking for food and taking a swim.
The bison was chilling. The calf was still sleeping in in its enclosure somewhere.
I can't believe how bad the zebras smelled lol. Even the bear smelled better than these guys.
Camels were my wife's favorite animal. Too bad they were still waking up in the back of their enclosure.
We tried waiting around for the giraffe feeding but the zoo got swarmed with people and the baby started getting hungry. So we had to book it out of there.
I'm not sure what animal was my daughter's favorite but she really got freaked out by the flamingos that were paraded by us.
I had no idea that flamingos could be so well trained. They probably were born in the zoo and think they are a type of human.
That's all for now, thanks for looking :-)
