For two days in Treviso it rained piercingly, coldly, annoyingly. How many epithets I gave rain! There could be more. And all because I could not go for a walk in my spare time.
Today I woke up to the sun peeking out of my window. It touched my face, my hands with its rays and seemed to say: “Get up, wake up! Look, the wind dispersed the heavy clouds and the rain stopped falling! Look how wonderful it is outside today! "
Indeed, the weather was great! The day was clear and warm! So today I'm going for a walk in the afternoon!

Два дні у Тревізо лляв пронизливий, холодний, надоїдливий дощ. Скільки епітетів я дала дощу! Могло бути і більше. А все через те, що я не могла вийти погуляти у вільний від роботи час.
Сьогодні я прокинулась від того, що у моє вікно заглядало сонечко. Своїми промінцями торкалося мого обличчя, моїх рук і ніби промовляло: ,, Вставай, прокидайся! Глянь, вітер розігнав важкі хмари і дощ перестав падати! Подивись, як чудово сьогодні надворі!"
Дійсно, погода була чудова! День був ясний і теплий! Значить я сьогодні піду на прогулянку після обіду!
I left the house and saw a mimosa blooming in the yard of the Conad supermarket. Delicate yellow flowers will bloom and a pleasant aroma will spread around the tree. Gentle, luxurious, sunny, fragrant, fluffy, green harbinger of spring.
Я вийшла з дому і побачила, що на подвір'ї супермаркету Conad розцвітає мімоза. Ніжні жовті квіти от от розпустяться і навколо дерева буде розливатися приємний аромат. Ніжна, розкішна, сонячна, ароматна, пухнаста, зелена предвісниця весни.
I want to go to an area called Dosson. There I saw an interesting church and today I decided to see it up close.
Я хочу поїхати в район, що носить назву Доссон. Там я бачила цікаву церкву і сьогодні вирішила її побачити блище.
The church together with the monastery of St. Vigilio was founded in the 11th century. In the middle of the church is the Crucifixion of the XVI century, brought here from Greece. The church also has colorful paintings by Italian artist Pierre Francesco Bissolo of the Renaissance. Unfortunately, the church was closed and I could not enjoy these priceless works of art.
Now the church is not only a religious but also an educational center.
Церква разом з монастирем Святого Вігіліо була заснована в 11 столітті. В середині церкви зберігається Розп'яття XVI століття перевезене сюди з Греції. Також в церкві є цвнні картини італійського художника П'єра Франческа Біссоло епохи Відродження. Нажаль церква була зачинена і я не змогла насолодитися цими безцінними творами мистецтва .
Зараз церква є не тільки релігійним але і просвітницьким центром.
For that I could go step by step to the church and see its beauty. The bell tower is crowned from above. This is the first time I see such a bell tower. And as often happens, the tower is decorated with a large clock that reflects the hour with a wonderful melody of bells.
За те я крок за кроком могла обійти в церкву і побачити її красу. Дзвіниця зверху увінчана короною. Я таку дзвіницю бачу вперше. І як часто буває, вежу прикрашає великий годинник, що відбиває годину з чудовою мелодією дзвонів.
In the spacious churchyard I saw a monument to those killed in the wars for Italy. The wreath and flowers have long since dried up. Probably they were laid in honor of the heroes.
На просторому церковному подвір'ї я побачила пам'ятник полеглим у війнах за Італію. Вінок і квіти давно засохли. Напевно їх поклали під час вшановування героїв.
Nearby I saw a magnificent tree. Its branches hung to the ground and brown cones adorned them.
Поряд я побачила розкішне дерево. Його віти звисали до землі і на них красувалися коричневі шишки.
This is a Lebanese cedar. The tree mentioned in the Bible 75 times. Lebanese cedar wood is very valuable because it does not rot even in water. Lebanese cedar oil and resin are also valued.
Це ліванський кедр. Дерево , що згадується в Біблії 75 разів. Деревина ліванського кедра дуже цінна тим, що не гниє навіть у воді. Також ціниться масло і смола ліванського кедра.

How not to go to the river and not to look at its inhabitants and be inspired by nature? The river Sile is a decoration of the city of Treviso and a real oasis for waterfowl. Many seagulls, ducks, coots will feel safe here. They live peacefully next to people. They breed their offspring every year. I watched a pair of white swans and their five swans for a whole year. As they grew up and turned into the same beautiful, strong birds. And today I see numerous waterfowl splashing in the water.
Як не поїхати до річки і не подивитись на її мешканців та надихнутися природою? Річка Сілє є прикрасою міста Тревізо і справжнім оазисом для водоплавних пташок. Безліч чайок, качок, лисок почувться тут в повній безпеці. Вони мирно живуть поруч з людьми. Щороку виводять своє потомство. Я цілий рік спостерігала за парою білих лебедів і їх п'ятьма лебедятами. Як вони виростали і перетворилися в таких же прекрасних, сильних птахів.І сьогодні я бачу численне водоплавне птаство, що плюскочеться у воді.
Ducks can walk around the city in peace. This is exactly the picture I saw today. The ducks stood at the bar for a long time, croaking merrily, as if begging in the middle.
Качки можуть ходити спокійно містом. Сьогодні саме таку картину я спостерігала. Качки довго стояли біля бару, весело крякали, ніби просилися в середину.
Time passes quickly and it's time for me to return home. I breathed fresh air, saw beautiful landscapes, an ancient church, birds. It will give me the mood for the whole day.
