My great walk through the forest to an abandoned house and my friends...

Hi there!
Today I want to share the strange, gorgeous beauty of an abandoned house, where I recently visited.

My friends have been dreaming of buying a small house near my village for a long time. They are especially in love with the hills, from which you can admire the scenery. They are also very close to the topic of restoration of old, abandoned wooden houses, of which there are an incredible number in the villages. Sometimes such buildings can be given a second chance!
In addition, not everyone has the funds for a house in good condition... And here, if you have certain abilities, you can gradually repair everything.

Recently, friends found such a home. It is located on a neighboring farm, which is surrounded by a forest on one side. So, they asked the owner for permission to live there for a few days in order to understand whether this place is suitable for them, whether it will be possible to establish a life. In the future, they dream of spending time there in the summer.
So, I gladly decided to visit them walking through the forest.

We finally have the rainy season... Warm, but humid. My old enemy woke up, i.e. allergy. The pills don't help me much, and maybe it's time to find new ones. I'll be honest, the simple task of going up the hill was not easy for me... But I don't know when I'll be able to see my friends again.

A little summer beauty

I went intuitively, because I had been there several times already in search of mushrooms. And so I saw some houses of this strange place, and later the house I needed.
There are no permanent residents here. However, in the summer, people come to some houses.

The house turned out to be quite spacious. So, first of all, I asked my friend for a tour of this strange kingdom of old things.

In the past, several families lived here at the same time. Therefore, it is difficult to immediately understand the layout of the house. Large rooms are divided into small ones, and corridors simultaneously serve as kitchens. A huge stove in every room! Its role is to heat the room and cook food.

Of course, there is a lot of junk here, so it was not easy to take a photos. The friends freed up one room with a spacious sofa, and their daughter pitched a tent right in the room (at first there was tall grass on the street).

I was impressed by some of the furniture. Massive antique cabinets with wonderful carvings testify to the wealth of the owners. They are completely subject to restoration.
Constantly feeling like I'm in a museum...

I liked this cabinet the most!

And this is the oven called "peech"... This small door from the oven (it's also called a bratrura), it's something like a modern microwave

The main attraction of the house is the basement. It is paved with stones and quite spacious. You feel like you are in the dungeon of a castle... In general, in those tough times, not everyone could afford a brick house and a covered basement. The attic is also very high and spacious. If you wish, you can also live there if you fix the roof a little.

Later, we "settled" in the kitchenette (at least that's what I called this room to distinguish it from the others). Just before my arrival, my friends threw out the bed from there and found a small table somewhere. These are creative, inventive people. French wine, cheese, a bouquet. This is how coziness is created...

Afterwards, we lit a fire in the yard and roasted marshmallows and barbecue on the fire. It seems that the smoke from the fire finally healed me and I started smelling for the first time in a day.
It was almost dark when the rain started.
And later they turned off the light. Because I will remind you that we have a war and our enemies are shelling the infrastructure, so electricity must be saved.
But it didn't spoil our dinner and we found ourselves again in the kitchenette of an abandoned house in the light of flashlights.
It turned out to be such a diverse evening...

You have not yet seen the views that stretch out at the end of this garden. I didn't see either:)

So, to be continued... 💙💛
