Bay Walk 🤍

I've been quite busy in the past few days with thesis work, demo teaching, and other activities, making it quite a stressful time. However, I wanted to take a moment to share my Wednesday experience.

Despite the stress, I always try to find time to relax and explore. So, after our 2-5 pm class, my friends and I decided to take a walk at Bay Walk, Bacolod City. We felt that we deserved some time to enjoy ourselves.

We took a jeepney from school to downtown for a small fee of Php10.00. From there, we walked from the plaza of Bacolod City to SM mall, taking the opportunity to take some photos along the way.

As we continued walking, we finally reached Bay Walk, located at the back of SM mall. The entrance fee was only 30 pesos, and it was definitely worth it. The highlight was getting to watch the sunset.

Bacolod Baywalk is the city's newest attraction, inaugurated on February 14, 2013. The area along the coastline of Bacolod is a great spot for dining, entertainment, and watching sunsets.

The Bay Walk is currently under construction to add new spots, rooftops, and more amenities for everyone to enjoy and relax.

ENTRANCE

As you enter Bay Walk, you could see the beautiful name and the bay of it. I loved since they used color blue for the big name, it's an eye catchy view.

These spots are very beautiful since you can relieve stress here and relax for a while. You can also go on dates with your loved ones, friends, and family.

On the Bay side, there are also many foods, including milk tea, fruit teas, street foods, and many others. What I like the most is their street food. I forgot to take a picture because it was so delicious. The next one is their fruit tea, which is also delicious, and the blue lemonade. That's what I'd like the most: eating it while watching the sunset and talking with my friends.

Since the sunset are covered by the clouds, sadly I couldn't have a very beautiful moment with it but it's also good right?

We can't deny that every time we see a sunset, we are amazed. No matter where we are when there is sunset, our tiredness seems to disappear even for a moment.

During my tour, here are other beautiful spots where you can take pictures. It's beautiful when it gets dark because of its beautiful lights.

While watching the sea and breathing the fresh air, while talking, we didn't realize it was 7:00 pm at night. We decided to go back to our homes.

I feel so relaxed and happy. I hope one day when I have time again, I will return to this place. Just for a little walk, eat some food, take some photos and watch the sunset.
