Hello Wednesday walkers...
One of the adventure that I loved most, is visiting the Laswitan lagoon of Cortes Surigao del Sur(Philippines). It's my very first time to be there and I just see it only on tv. Wayback 2019 before pandemic strike us. One of my old friend have a short vacation along with her daughter Julia, the half Norwegian girl. She really loved beach since she was a little. Actually they are playmate with my baby Collin.
The location of Laswitan if quite far from my place, it takes 6 hours I think. Jeanete just rent a van for us. We really loved to explore different beaches from Mindanao part. I always bring my 2 sons when it comes to long travel. I feel comfortable if they are with me when it comes to hangout with my friends at the beach.

After a long travel we already reaching our destination. We've seen a lot of people but most of them is a foreigners. Before we can enter the lagoon, one of the employee will explained everything once we go down. It's different from others. They have their own multicabs for the guests. It's quite pricey but Jeanete said "never mind" and we're not always here also.

After a long walk we almost reaching the main part of the our adventure. The laswitan lagoon was very awesome. Have you ever been here? The place that I never expect it. The first word I utter is "woahhhhh, amazing big rocks with a big splash above". Laswitan is a 20-foot rock formation with three lagoons. The name derives from the word 'laswit' which means splash.
In my entire life I never seen like this before until I visit the laswitan. The beauty of the place starts with the lagoon, a natural basin right beside the shore, separated from the ocean by amazing rock formations that enclose it. Laswitan had an extra special, the way of the powerful waves from the ocean pound on the rock formations. It's really amazing. Thanks to my old friend Jeanete for bringing us there along with my sons. It's a great experienced.
