The beginning of these posts was my My Life Just Hit a Brick Wall at High Velocity, on the Cusp of My 50th Birthday: Mid Life Crisis 101 post. I link that post because I want to give my readers some useful context for what I write in these posts.

Warm greetings all! 🙏 💚

An unexpected funny thing happened this morning, and I've been chuckling about it all day. There was apparently a misscommunication with Kirston around the session that we scheduled. I thought it was today, but she meant next Tuesday, the 8th! Doh! I felt really silly, but I was fine with it. I simply flowed with the course of events and went on with my day.

Because I thought that I had a session this morning, I mostly set up and prepared the session space in the Flow House yesterday. I also made sure that I was very focused and aware of time for my superfood fire coffee/morning Hive post thing. I actually had my Index4Index Daily Inspired Motivation: The Superpower of Sincerity in Success post finished and published before 9:30AM, and savored the last few sips of my superfood fire coffee, when I thought to send a text to Kirston. I'm gad I did, because that's how I found out about our misscommunication and that our session was not today, but next Tuesday. The phone connection kept cutting out when I was taking with Kirston, so it's understandable that we had an error in communicating. I still think this is so funny! I haven't had anything like this happen in many years.

I used the rest of my morning do more Hive stuff, as there always seems like there is something to do on Hive, even when I'm not actively focused on something in particular. The weather kept alternating between rain and sun all morning, so I was in no hurry to wander down to do work just yet. I stayed up at the Flow House until around 12PM, then finally went to see about what work I felt like doing.

The first things I did were to go harvest a handful of hot peppers from our one surviving Hawaiian hot pepper plant, and chop a 'shaker' coconut and collect the meat to put in a jar, both being for my superfood fire coffee in the mornings.

The next activities that inspired me were to collect several of the older hot peppers to plant the seeds, and to up-pot a good handful of plants in my nursery. I love that I'm finally going through my plants and up-potting those in need, bit by bit.

I also decided to get a wheelbarrow to collect and bring more of my plants down to my new nursery space. I put that on pause to help Ano unload his truck after Sunday market, something I had forgot to do with Fiona on Monday. Thankfully Ano was not upset about it. Once we got the truck unloaded, I got the wheelbarrow, took it to the Landing, and began going through several 'random' plants that I still had laying around there, repotting a few in dire need, and putting several in the wheelbarrow to move them to my nursery. I took two loads down, and carefully found places for them. I felt very accomplished and satisfied after getting these various necessary and important duties done with my plants.

After playing with my plants for a while, I headed up to the Flow House to relax for maybe an hour, and of course catch up on Hive. I was sitting in the comfy chair in the sun for a bit, then decided I wanted to get out of the sun, so I flopped on my bed. Doing Hive in such a beautiful and special place, and being so comfortable, was a very enjoyable experience. I reveled in every moment of it.

Before I went up to the Flow House, Ano had asked me if I felt like clearing more land with machetes in about an hour. When I grabbed my machete and went to see if he was ready, I found him and Fiona processing pallet boards in the shop. He was really into it, so told me that he felt like continuing with that for the moment. That was fine with me, so I cleared a nice section of the second driveway alone. Clearing land with my Fijian machete is something that I truly enjoy now, and I'm good at it, so I get a lot of area cleared in a very short amount of time.

After clearing for a while, I took a shower to clean up, then walked to Tutu to go make some food, as I hadn't had anything else since my superfood fire coffee in the morning. I made a good serving of eggs, ground beef, onions, tomatoes, sea salt, and various spices. It was yummy and very much hit the spot. I felt well satiated.

After eating, I came up to the Flow House once again to catch up on Hive again, and to begin writing this post. I feel truly satisfied by everything that I did today. Even though my session with Kirston didn't happen today, it was a truly wonderful day that I fully enjoyed.

Omya, a woman who had lived at GaiaYoga for more than three and a half years, and who had recently left (she moved out just after me) with Kevin, who she met here, to get married and travel the world for a while, returned yesterday evening. She and Kevin just bought a piece of land very close to GaiaYoga, where they intend to build a homestead and raise a family. It was lovely seeing her again. We shared little bits of conversations as we ran into each other through the day. People who live here for a time become family, even when they go off to continue their adventures elsewhere in Lower Puna, or even off Island. GaiaYoga generally attracts quite amazing, special people, which I've always immensely appreciated.

Seemingly more and more each day, I'm falling more and more in love with myself, and my naked jungle life at GaiaYoga Gardens. Part of me wishes that this was my experience when I first arrived here, but I know that everything that I've experienced, and when I've experienced it, has brought me to this exquisite, glorious moment that is my experience now.

I feel my life coming together in the most elegant and beautiful manner. My heart feels like it is literally singing and ringing with joy, passion, purpose, mission, and pure vitality itself. That my dear Hive friends, is still utterly amazing to me, and not so much because I feel that way, but because just a very short time ago (less than a month ago), my experience was almost completely the opposite of what it is now. Holy wow!

Oh, I almost forgot! Today is November 1st, which means that I moved to GaiaYoga the first time exactly four years ago today! I have a lot of history here. History I might add that I almost completely rewrote when I returned on October 11th.
