I think this is a really useful basis to operate from, the gamification is there as a secondary aspect. The primary aspect is genuine growth through genuine interactions and there's definitely no shortcuts too that. Sometimes, the more we grow older, the more we realized how much time we wasted when we were young, if only we knew!
