Teamwork
This term "Teamwork" is a collective effort geared towards success. This term reminds me of the football team. For a success, every member of team need to work together with great hardwork. In a team of eleven player, each of these player have a role to played. For the success of that team, each player should do well in their individual role and still help each other in their roles. If one does not meet up the expected effort, the whole team will suffer. But if the whole other teammates works together, it will be hard to detect the fault and the team will still win. There are many other background member of the team and the manager stll need to do their work effectively for the success.
In marriage, when couple work together and succes will follow. Bible adviced the man to love his wife as his own body and wife should be submissive. With these qualities, their ability to communicate freely with each other. Divorce will not be mentioned among them. There are good examples of successful marriage of coperative couple that works as a teamwork.
In business or work, for the success of the organisation. All of them have to work together.
