I Am Alive! 🌱
The gas stove has been acting funny for a week, which we've had to cook on this single small electrical heating element. It works and produces a lot of heat, so we can still cook our food. The downside is that once it reaches maximum limits of how hot the element can become, it starts pulsing on and of, which can be bothersome if you're not fast with you're stir-fry. Or if you have to cook different dishes back to back. But somehow we manage. The full lockdown during the weekend doesn't help with the situation.
Luckily tomorrow a technician is coming to look at the stove and its possible problems.
