I Am Alive! 🌿
Putting a small plant or seed into the ground and having to wait years for it to grow up and give you fruit seems like a tedious task. Sometimes we think the patience and time is not worth it. But what do we really have to lose. Just plant it and watch it grow. This is especially true for plants that do not require much care.
With the citrus plants in the picture I did exactly that. About one and a half year ago I put them in the ground. We got them from my mom just around the time we moved here on our own and both we're about 10 centimeters back then. That amounts to 'strange number comma fraction inches' for the imperialists among us . The one close to me is a lime tree and the one in the back tangerine.
Don't overthink it and just take that first step to plant something. In a few years you might sit with your fruit in hand and think back to the time your tree was just a seedling and you will thank yourself. And remember: even the biggest franchise starts with a small investment. Oh, and apply the same concept to Hive. :)
