It is Sunday, we are in the afternoon of the first Sunday in June. I'm still feeling flu sick, but I guess I'm on the mend, I really hope this flu will go away soon. My #life has been calm, and I have no news to tell, there is nothing interesting, beyond a certain rainy weather that is very normal in this part of the year, coupled with electrical service failures that are very common in my Venezuela current, and in general, everything is more or less the same as other recent days.
Seeing that there isn't much to tell on a personal level, it would be better to comment on the anniversary of #History for today, which has to do with #cats, but it turns out that it is a celebration that has been giving me certain problems to be able to locate his story. According to the calendar, today is "Hug Your Cat Day", a holiday of North American origin that promotes contact and affection on the part of people for their feline #pets.

Es domingo, estamos en la tarde del primer domingo de junio. Sigo teniendo malestar de gripe, pero supongo que estoy en vías de recuperación, deseo de verdad que esta gripe se me pase pronto. Mi #vida ha estado calmada y no tengo novedades que contar, nada hay de interesante, mas allá de un cierto clima de lluvia que es muy normal en esta parte del año, aunado a fallas de servicio eléctrico que son muy cotidianas en mi #Venezuela actual, y en general, todo está mas o menos igual que otros días recientes.
Viendo que no hay mucho para contar en el ámbito personal, sería mejor pasar a comentar la efeméride de la #Historia para hoy, que tiene que ver con #gatos, pero resulta que es una celebración que me ha estado dando ciertos problemas para poder ubicar su historia. Según en calendario, hoy el “Día de Abrazar a tu gato”, una festividad de origen norteamericana que promueve el contacto y el cariño de parte de las personas a sus #mascotas felinas.

Un detalle curioso es que me encontré con varias fechas destinadas a los gatos, cada una con sus motivos y sus orígenes históricos, pero no pude hallar la que corresponde al día de hoy, así que me quedé con la duda de si debería cambiar de efemérides, pero me decidí al final a mantener el registro del día con esta celebración, pues, a fin de cuentas, me gusta mucho la actual gata de la casa, Vero (o Verónica), y esa gata es bastante abrazable.
No todos los gatos reaccionan igual al contacto físico, incluso si es el contacto de los humanos con los que suele compartir casa, así que toca en cada caso observar y proceder con cuidado, pero, si tienes un gato que le guste ser acariciado, abrazado y acicalado, entonces hoy es un día tan bueno como cualquiera para darle mucho cariño a tu gato (risa personal)
