World Friendship Day: July, 30

Friendship is a great feeling that makes us happy and brings us closer to each other.

That is why the idea of celebrating a World Friendship Day arose as a suggestion of Dr. Ramón Artemio Bracho during a dinner with a group of friends in Puerto Pinasco, Republic of Paraguay on June 20, 1958.

From there arose the "World Friendship Crusade" initiated in Paraguay by a Paraguayan, who worked so that the United Nations could recognize a date as International Friendship Day.

Although in Paraguay it began to be celebrated since 1958, and finally, on July 27, 2011, the General Assembly of the United Nations set July 30 as International Friendship Day.

Although this date is not used in all countries, most South American countries celebrate it in the month of July, but the truth is that every day is a good day to celebrate and thank our friends for choosing us as friends.

Congratulations to all the Friends of Hive 🎉
