We have a big candy project coming up for a wedding in April and it requires a lot of chocolate. We purchased a giant chocolate bar weighing in at over 11 pounds (5 kg).
It's so heavy that my daughter had to struggle a little just to hold it! We opened it and tested the quality of the chocolate. It's good!
It is high quality chocolate! Once the candies are made, the budget will easily cover time and the material costs, the cost of this giant chocolate bar was pretty high. But it's much more affordable making chocolate candies than purchasing them, so it's a much better deal... and we get to hold a giant chocolate bar!
