I am alive Challenge Day #59

What do you think the world has to offer? Is It Money? Is it fame or happiness?

Well I think I can answer that myself. I believe that money is the most sought after thing in the world, everyone wants money because wealth is believed to lead to many things; as fame, respect and some believe it leads to happiness.

But one big question everyone has asked over the years is what leads to happiness in life.

Can happiness be bought with money? Is it based on our social status?

Many people think happiness because of wealth, or the accumulation of material things. But from what has been observed over the years, it can be seen that money or possessions do not really bring happiness.

Some people believe that happiness is the result of favorable circumstances in life. They believe that luck, or fate, determines how happy they are.

So what makes a happy life? I believe there is no one straightforward answer.

In many societies, money and position bring happiness. But research also shows that important human needs such as caring relationships and a sense of control are paramount. Another key to enjoying a happy life is having social relationships or having active social relationships. "

It is true that having good public relations is essential to increasing the happiness and well-being of individuals and communities. Caring relationships can be with friends, family, neighbors or strangers.

More time spent with others is associated with greater happiness. And relationships can protect you in times of stress.

But in my opinion I noticed that one thing and perhaps the most important key to happiness is Satisfaction.

Contentment is the key to happiness because we all have needs, and we have things that we want. As the saying goes, the demands of a person are never satisfied and never ends.

You can have all the money in the world and be in a state of dissatisfaction for a long time because you will always want another one. When we argue we are able to think clearly and make wise decisions and this leads to happiness.

Happiness is also personal. We all need to understand that happiness varies from person to person. The source of my Happiness may not be the source of your happiness. That's why when you're in love you have to learn what makes someone happy

Happiness comes from within. Happiness is a choice. We don't require people approval to be happy. Happiness equals appreciation and satisfaction. Love what you have and happiness will locate you. Happiness does not cost anything. Happiness can sometimes be found in small things that we sometimes overlook. Happiness is also a result of the way we think and act.

Sometimes you do not need to be afraid you just need to sit back, relax, and appreciate the beauty of life. When you get too caught up in what other people are doing, you create a fear of failure.

Fear will keep you from doing other things and can greatly damage your happiness.

There are people who will prove themselves successful just because people love them. Most of these people want to please others by buying expensive cars, clothes, and gadgets etc. These people are probably unhappy inside and run away from their problems by living in the dream world they have created on their own.

One thing you need to understand is that happiness is not really happiness, and entertainment is not really happiness.

What is the difference between contentment and happiness?
Contentment is often confused with Happiness. It is true that they are not the same but very closely related. You live a happy life if you are satisfied with what comes to you.

Satisfaction does not mean you have to commit to living a low life. Even if you live a simple life, it does not mean that you have to settle for less.

Try and be happy, thanks for reading.
