Most recently we discussed 6 Pestilences and their effects on humans. Today we want to talk about another disease that is the second biggest killer of children in the world.
It is DIARRHOEA. Many of those who fell victim could still be alive today had they and their family washed their hand regularly with SOAP.
Appropriate hand washing can cut diarrhoea by 43%. A huge study carried out for the American army, found that sniffles and coughs fell by 45%, when troops washed their hands five times a day.
SOAP is affordable for most families even in developing countries. We should make it a habit to wash our hands after using the toilet, after washing or changing a baby, before preparing or sitting down to a meal, and on any other occasion when there is a reasonable likelihood of that we can pass harmful germ or viruses on to others.
By washing our hands with SOAP we show love to ourselves and all whom we come incontact with.
WEDNESDAYS are my favorite day of the week for two reasons: firstly its alive tokens staking days, and today I have been able to stake 50 alive tokens. I sincerely hope YOU did too.
