Chakra Mindset
I have been on a root chakra path this week you can see the start here introduction to Chakra's .
I am not an expert in anyway, i am just a bloke on a journey and you are welcome to join me.
Muladhara means root in sanskrit and is the first of the Chakra and is connected with our most basic fundamental needs survival, food, shelter and the health and safety of our phyisical bodies.
It is important to not only read up about Chakras, because it takes actual practice, it takes effort to replenish and find the balance needed.
That is right it is an action.
One small part of this is mindset because it really does matter, honestly mindset is half the journey.
If you can master your mindset then you will be doing well.
Whenever we take this kind of journey expect not only good things to happen, there will be things we will have to let go or deal with and they maybe painful.
A great way to increase the replenish of your Chakra is music tones and affirimations.
I am not going to go too deep into this right now as it needs a few post to cover the subject but there are certain tones that help with certain Chakra's.
It is also the same for the affirmations.
Root music and base affirmations are needed with an open mind, say them loud and listen to the tones.
Affirmations are important for personal development and growth, they also help you keep that positive tone as you go about your day.
Incorporate affirmations in your daily routine Chakra specific.
