When it comes to having a good shape or maintaining a nice body curve/figure 8, exercises of different types has always been the natural best practice and solution to keep a good shape, this method applies to both the ladies and gentlemen. I grew up in the midst of body builders and gym instructors, and from my many years of studying, i made countless discoveries and it’s been confirmed that exercises of different kinds and calibers are the best natural solution to keep ones body in shape…

My big brother from another mother is a bodybuilder and also a gym instructor, my immediate elder brother is a bodybuilder, which is to say I have more experience and knowledge in this aspect better than many people, staying in shape can be quite challenging or easy, depending on the kind of person you’re, for someone who loves exercises, staying in shape isn’t much of a problem even with the fact that he or she is an all time foodie, the food is burnt out when rigorous exercises are done, and it’s more natural and probably healthier than dieting…

Food alone doesn’t necessarily make one fat, it contributes to it but it has never been the major factor responsible for getting fat, and exercises instead of dieting is the best way to maintain a good shape…

The best way to maintain a good shape to me is EXERCISES. I have always been a big fan of exercise, i have patronized a couple of gyms in my area and i have seen a lot of people including both male and female coming to the gym to maintain a good shape. These people could have resulted to dieting to maintain a good shape, but they all chose to hit the gym to do rigorous exercises to maintain a good shape, and that is because it’s more healthy and natural than dieting…

Dieting to maintain a good shape is a very hectic and stressful process, I don’t think it’s very healthy, especially when it’s get out of hand, I think the reason why many people consider it is because of the stress and pain that comes from the rigorous exercises, only strong and determined people take the excreting route, i see the fragile one’s settling for dieting, which is quite unhealthy to me…

Keeping a good shape with different rigorous workouts and exercises works wonders even with non stop eating, you don’t have to stay hungry or reduce your appetite to maintain a good shape, the rigorous exercises helps balance the food you consume, it burns out the calories and helps utilize the important nutrients in the body faster. This method is safer, stressful, natural and reliable…

I have always been a slim person, which means my body shape as a guy has always been perfect, the only thing i am working on right now is about looking fit and muscular, and that will only be possible with the help of gym workouts, which includes different rigorous workouts and exercises…

The fact is that maintaining a good shape doesn’t necessarily need to be combined with dieting, there are some cases where the both need to work together to make the process faster, with only exercise it takes longer but with both it takes long, which is why i think the both can be a great option…

I still stand with exercises though, it’s the best for me, especially for someone like me who loves naturality, I don’t take naturality for granted…

Dieting can be considered toxic when there is an obsession involved, same as exercising, if one becomes overly addicted to exercises it takes a great toil on ones body shape, thereby causing a backward body shape…

In conclusion, Great Khalee is a great example of toxicity in exercise to me, I think we all have seen his shape on screen, not many people like it lol, which is why everything has to be in moderation, be it dieting or exercises, to avoid backward progression…
