Ingredients


Pulses―1cup
Chilli ―4pieces
Green Chilli ― 5piece
Garlic pest― 1/2table spoon
Ginger pest― 1/2table spoon
Turmeric powder ―1/2tea spoon
onion ―1cup
Oil ―accordingly
Salt― accordingly

First I soaked the pulses with water for half an hour. Then when the pulses get wet, I paste the pulses. When the pulses are pasted, I take them in a bowl and add chopped onion and chilli inside. Then I added ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric and salt.

I rubbed the pulses with my hands well with everything. Then I put a pan in the oven and put enough oil in it. When the oil is slightly hot, I took the pulses little by little and left them inside the oil.

I fried it from side to side, turning it upside down and turning it completely brown. When it is completely fried, I have drained the oil with a stainer.

When the oil is completely gone, I put it on a plate. Then serve hot to see how beautiful it has been.
