Yes, today, people especially parents do not care about their kids; they aren't scolded when they do wrong things and trying to say they are still kids. That is actually the right time to teach them good morals but they won't want to take responsible for that. So sad.
That fingernail act isn't a good one and I am glad it was taken away from me at an early age.
