Well, I see no reason why one writes something from his head and still uses a plagiarism checker...the action is questionable.
For the few people I have onboarded so far, I have been singing it for them like a song, don't copy and paste please but write from your heart even if it's not lengthy.
I am sorry this is happening under your nose, your effort, time, and everything putting newbies through and this happens. Don't be discouraged Star, there are still some who vividly abide by your training. Whether laziness or lack of creativity, we have no excuse to plagiarize as it's frowned upon in hive.
