Hello, my friends. This is my first post supporting an investment token named PakX. I don't have much information about it, but I know enough about Pakx to encourage you to check it out. After reading the name Pakx, you might be wondering what it is. So, let me explain in detail.

How does Pakx get HP?

Pakx receives HP from its delegators. For example, if a person wants to delegate their Hive Power to someone, if they delegate to Pakx, Pakx's hp and pakx token holders dividends will increase over time. This works like an investment system.

Why delegate to Pakx?

The person who delegates their hive power will receive daily curation rewards in the form of Pakx Tokens. 1 Pakx token is theoretically worth 2 hives, and although this is not a fixed value; it means that for each 2 hp or more hp pakx earns, 1 pakx comes into existence. The more HP delegated to Pakx, the more value it gets. The entire HP of Pakx is then delegated to Hivepakistan, which is used to generate Liquid Hives.

Pakx token returns dividends in the form of liquid hive. It returns 50% of liquid hive (incoming from hivepakistan daily Delegation returns) to dividends and uses the remaining 50% to repower itself and delegate more. Although it is a lengthy process, the HP of Pakx account (delegated to hivepakistan) will increase over time because investors are delegating daily. Additionally, these Pakx Tokens are not in staked form.

There is a fee of 10%, which is deducted to support an account called the Buyback Fund. The @pakx-fund account uses these 10% fees taken in form of pakx and uses it's dividends to purchase Pakx from the market, thereby increasing the buying power and growing the exit liquidity in the future. Simply put, you can buy Pakx tokens using hive power. It's not rocket science.

The owner of Hivepakistan @DLMMQB launched it recently. Additionally, 10% of the management fund is allocated to Pakx to cover backup expenses, as Hivepakistan is not a single project. There are many other opportunities in Hivepakistan, including token maintenance and improvement for Hivepakistan's sister projects.

A simple chain of Pakx:

  • You delegate Pakx HP.
  • It earns curation rewards on the HP you delegated.
  • It gives you half of the Pakx relative to the HP it generated.
  • Pakx account delegates its HP to Hivepakistan and gets delegation returns.
  • Half is used as dividends, and the other half is used to power up and delegate more to Hivepakistan to increase future dividends.

Pakx receives support from multiple sources, including L2 and any other Hivepakistan business operations, making it an investment token of Hivepakistan.
Pakx also have plans to invest in BXT (beeswap's token) and even off-chain investments like uniswap and sushiswap but it depends on what the future of project holds. It's from other income sources excluding pakx main model and either it invests or not in off-chain is not confirmed.

Also, it will pay 5% of pakx supply to each as the owner and developer of Hivepakistan/pakx, @DLMMQB (founder) and @Yazris (developer). They can use this for their personal use while not selling pakx in a way it harms the project. They are thinking about the future of Hivepakistan. You are already aware that hivepakistan supports multiple communities and projects under it's umbrella so it's not limited to Pakistanis.

So the whole summary of this post is to delegate your HP to Pakx and they will pay back you in Pakx Tokens. Then you can sell pakx token at 2 hive or more based on exit liquidity. Or you can get liquid hive dividends for holding Pakx tokens. Remember that you will start getting pakx after 7 days of delegating and after undelegating, u will receive pakx for 7 days more.
