In order to get prosperity and happiness, in this life we ​​as human beings who have reason must take care of our mental health, don't we just take care of our physical or bodily health always, but mental health is also more important for us to maintain maximum history. the mental health that we have is our own ability to take care of our feelings in everyday life.

in maintaining mental health I usually do a few simple things to improve mental health. I make these changes so I'm sure it can affect all aspects of the life that I live. By maintaining mental health, we feel some effects such as our mood becomes calm, and helps enjoy our life with full of happiness.

Hive friends, we can take care of our mental health with a few very simple things, such as doing regular exercise, because regular exercise will keep our body healthy and at the same time maintain our mental health. In exercising, we don't need to do strenuous exercise, we just do light exercise. the important thing is we do it regularly and consistently.

hive friends, we can take care of mental health by eating healthy and regular food, when it comes to healthy food, of course it is very important for us to consume, especially those that affect body health and also mental health, we are highly recommended to consume fresh fruits and vegetables that are Fresh and full of nutrition.we really need to maintain a diet and also nutritious food and more importantly what we have to do is drink mineral water in the amount that has been determined in the health sector.

to maintain mental health what hive friends need to do is get enough sleep, by getting enough sleep it will nourish our minds and bodies, we are advised to sleep for about seven to eight hours a day. If we lack sleep it is very influential for our mental health, because of lack of sleep, our brain cannot function normally, we cannot control our emotions properly so we are vulnerable to stress.

to maintain mental health, the next thing to pay attention to is always hanging out with loved ones, because these people will have a huge impact on our mental health, meeting and talking with friends, relatives and colleagues can be to maintain our mental health and their presence will share the burdens we face and make us happy and prosperous.

Those are some things we can do to maintain our health, especially mental health, but what we can do may vary.
