So guys this yellow flower looks like a popcorn and I am not sure about it’s name

When I was waking in park I saw these trees which looks dangerous but also looks cool I hope you like this image
This is randomly taken while I was jogging in the park
These leaf’s are amazingly cut in equal shape for maintaining its beauty
