It's the weekend and time to make something special. In fact, the weekend is an opportunity to learn something new and every brown mother tries to teach her daughter to cook. And this weekend mom said to make beef pokara. I have never tried this at home and this is my first attempt at making it. I am very excited because of my first attempt. So let's try it ☺

Material required

  1. Half kg beef
  2. Gram flour (two spoon)
  3. Salt (one spoon)
  4. Red pepper (two spoon)
  5. Turmeric powder (half spoon)
  6. Hot powder (mixture of black pepper, coriander, cumin etc
  7. Coriander (one spoon)
  8. Cumin (one spoon)
  9. Water
  10. Oil (one cup)

Process

Step 1

Take half kg beef without bone. And wash it

Step 2

Add two tablespoons of gram flour

Step 3

Add one spoon of salt

Step 4

Add two spoon of red pepper

Step 5

Half spoon of turmeric powder

Step 6

One spoon of hot powder. It is the mixture of black pepper, Coriander, cumin etc.

Step 7

One spoon of coriander

Step 8

Add one spoon of cumin

Step 9

Add two spoon of water and mix it well. If you need some extra water add it. And mix it well

It's ready

Step 10

Put beef into the paste. And mix it well

Put one cup of oil into pan, and get warm the oil.

Step 12

When the oil is warm and then pit beef into the hot oil. And cook for 10 to 15 minutes

Step 13

When it's dark brown, Change it's side and cook for 10 to 15 minutes

Step 14

Now it's ready and remove from the pan, and convert into a plate.

Also try it with tea and coffee and also with bread and anytime you want in lunch and dinner😉
