edited by me using canva

Hurray! It's the hive learners weekly featured content first anniversary, wondering what this is, it's where we are given three topics weekly to write about in and I must tell you that it has been an amazing part of my life, ever since I came across this community, my blogging journey started on the first August last year, I was just a newbie finding her way around, thanks to my sister @treasuree who introduced me to this great community, but first, I had to be verified, I followed due process and eventually got verified, in addition, I got accepted into the newbies initiative program, from then henceforth till now, I have benefited a lot, from my writing, I used to have issues writing even 300 words, but when it is about writing the topics given by the hive learners community which are mostly relatable, the words flows easily, engagement in this community is easier to accomplish too, as everyone is like a brothers keeper here, I remember my first entry in this community, I received much engagement than I had ever did since I joined the blockchain.

So far, I've written many amazing, relatable, and emotional contents on this community as I make sure never to miss any of its weekly editions since I joined, except on very few occasions that were beyond my control, and I don't think are up to five. Some brought back old memories, the ones we cherished and also the ones we learned from, and I also enjoyed reading from other amazing authors here who have in turn become my friends.

without further ado, let me take you through my best-selected entries on Hive learners' weekly featured editions so far.

Starting with the fifth

Fake news putting lives at risk
This was my very first entry as a verified member of this prestigious community, it was the week 28, and 3rd edition
in this post, I wrote about the fake news that circulated during the covid-19 lockdown period, how a lot of people were misled due to fake news, and how I helped my neighbor's daughter regain her health by going to the hospital instead of dying at home due to the fear of Covid.

A mothers fear

In our week 30, edition 1, we were asked to write about our deepest fear, in this post, I wrote about my fear as a mother when I almost lost my first daughter due to a serious ailment when all hope seems lost, a Godsent doctor was transferred to her ward, he was able to diagnose her and the right treatment was given, she survived! I wrote my heart out here thanks to Hive learners.

My number three post goes to the week 36, edition 2 contest
Modern Times

If asked to choose between living in this modern world or the old times, I wrote my choice of going for this modern globalized world, due to the ease of life in a lot of factors ranging from health, transportation, entertainment, education, etc there is not much to argue here, life is easier now compared to the olden times.

Moving on, my number 2 spot goes to Being a good girl brought out my silliness

This is one of those posts that brought back funny memory, imagine a young girl sitting down with a big pot Of rice to be consumed by her just because she listens to all instructions, a good girl, even when she was teased by her aunt, she still took it seriously, just because she cooked above the measurement of rice instructed by her aunt, no good has to be wasted, so she has to finish it. haha ๐Ÿ˜‚ , if you think the girl is me, you can confirm from that post.

And finally, last but not least this time,

my number one post goes to the edition week 38, edition 1 A True life story

I wrote about an unfortunate and scary event that happened to me and my mum in a new city, we got into the wrong taxi, where the driver and other passengers were scammers, fortunately, or unfortunately, the police rescued us only to put us in another horrifying stress, thankfully, we had a family connection that saved the day, its just part of the story common men face in my country, and not everyone is as lucky as us to get out, there are lot of life lessons to be grabbed in that story.
And that ends my top five posts.
