Well, we must have seen that people who work hard all day earn very little and people who sit in big buildings and in one room earn a very good income because the person who is working outside is doing hard work and he is counted in the category of labourer and the one who is sitting inside is counted in the category of smart work but I feel that the one who is sitting inside in these and big buildings has a lot of pressure and they are also being paid good amount of money whereas if I talk about a labourer there is not so much pressure on them (and they are paid low as well)and but if you are physically ill then it is visible to people but if you are mentally ill then it is not visible to anyone. Recently I read some news in which people with very good or I should say very reputative posts committed suicide and the reason was only one - work pressure. Nowadays the work culture is changing a lot and people are not used to taking more money but in some companies, the pressure is too much and in such a situation people are not able to bear it and then maybe they have only one problem, I don't know, they only feel like this.

Although the culture of smart work is increasing a lot, hard work is also increasing because people are hardworking and they know that working hard has its benefits, even if you are earning money by sitting in front of the screen all day or doing anything else, if you are not healthy, then there is no use of earning money like this, all that is useless, so what I think is that along with smart work, hard work is also necessary, if you work in an IT company, then you should do something in the weekends so that your physical health is maintained and you also remain mentally fit because work pressure is everywhere nowadays.

Although the education system is gradually changing in many places, the same old methods are still being adopted, I feel that now we should take things to a little more advanced level and instead of copy books, smart devices should be provided in schools and because of this a lot of things will change, firstly there will be no need to take the children and many more things will change, we have a possibility, if there is permission to take the internet and electronic gadgets in the exams, then this will also be a good option, but there are limitations for everything and you don't have to get all the answers from Google and sit in the exam.

Look, if the use of other electronic gadgets apart from smartphones is allowed in exams, then your exam will also be of such a level that you may not get enough time to search for things and many other things will be done through which you will not be able to access other websites, as we have seen that now there are online exams too, there are a lot of restrictions there, the device in which you give the exam cannot open it from your website, nor are you given the option to open any other things, yes some people may find some solution by bypassing the security but most people will not be able to do this and it is also necessary that this should happen.

Well, gradually technology develops and the level of education is also increasing, yes, in some places the old tradition is still going on, but still I think that in the coming few years a lot of things will change around us and especially in the education system a lot of changes are going to come or I should say it has already happened because mostly everything is available to you online. If you want to learn something then you can learn online and in such a situation you have many options available through which you can educate yourself, I think that perhaps in the coming time there will be no need to go to school or college if you want to make yourself skilled and now this has also started happening, we see around us how small children achieve a lot at their young age, all this is due to the internet, in our understanding maybe we did not get the internet so early but now the videos that will come will make everything available to them from childhood and it will be like a boon for them.
