Earning Should Depends Upon Skills

Hello to all hive users πŸ€—β€οΈπŸ™
Hope you all are healthy and doing great in your lifeπŸ™‚

In today's time, every person earns money to live his life and he gets work according to his skill and there are many people who do small work in the beginning but they develop their skills and then they get such work which is of a very big level and in which the income is also good. This is a normal thing but many times it is also seen that a person is very talented but he does not get work according to his talent and this is the reason due to which many talented people are sitting unemployed in our country because they are not getting work according to their talent. Today in the country where many people are sitting unemployed, there are many people who do not have any talent but are sitting in that position through some jack.

Many times I hear that the number of rich people in our country is very less but if we talk about the wealth of our country then there are about 9 to 10 percent rich people who have about 60 to 70% wealth of our country. According to this data you can understand how rich the rich people are and how much wealth they have. I think that this is the reason why the rich businessmen rule over the poor because when a person is so rich then he will have many jobs and the employees to do those jobs are common people like us who work hard for them day and night and make them earn profit and people keep progressing there. On the other hand, if I look at this thing from another perspective then these businessmen must have worked very hard at one time only then they reached this position today. If you look at it this way, there is nothing wrong in it because if any one of us had worked so hard and built such a business with such a sharp mind, we would have been in their place even today.

Now I will explain something to you with the help of an example. We have two boys Ramesh and Suresh. Both the boys belong to a middle class family and both study in the same school. Ramesh is a little good in studies and his father also helps him a lot in studies, so he gets good guidance in school and after going home he clears his remaining doubts with his father. On the other hand, Suresh is not interested in studies and his mother is more interested in sports, so he goes home and goes straight to play. Similarly, both the boys pass 12th class while studying and now it is the turn of their college selection so that their career can be set. Now both the boys wanted to do something in the field of engineering, so both the boys gave the engineering entrance exam, now as Ramesh was good in studies, he qualified the exam with good marks and Ramesh also got selected in a good government college. On the other hand, Suresh was not very good in studies, so he could not even qualify the competitive exam. Now Ramesh is doing engineering from a government college, but Suresh could not get admission in engineering there because his marks were not qualified. Now here you can understand that the child who was deserving got a career path according to him and now later on he will complete his engineering studies there and then go and get a job in a good company and in this way his future will improve and good money will come in handy there. On the other hand, Suresh who was always engaged in sports, now neither could he progress in sports nor in studies, he will definitely be a little disappointed and will think about career which almost everyone does after getting disqualified and it is possible that he may also change his field because then this is the only option available to a person. Now what are the chances in this that if Suresh wants to get a good job and become a rich man, then for that Suresh will have to work harder, only then he can get a job there because he still has many options.

My point with this example was to tell you that the person who deserves gets less than what he deserves. Now if we give a fixed income to a rich man, he will not work there further because he will realize that no matter how much he works, no matter how much talent he has, his earnings will be limited, so why would he work there. I don't think this provision is right because the person who is earning money is earning it according to his hard work, provided he does not do anything wrong there and the source of his money is genuine. If the government tells the rich people that they will get only a limited amount of money, then all the rich people will close their business and if their business closes, then you people can imagine how much unemployment will come in the country because they are getting only a limited income, so what is the use of all their business when they get only a fixed amount of money.

If there is to be any change in this, then it is that the people whose salary is less and they need that their salary should increase, in such a case the government can do something for these people because it has been seen that a person who works very hard does not get money according to his hard work, so in such a condition the government can do something and can increase his income at least so much that his monthly expenses can be met. On the other hand, the government can do something for the unemployed so that the source of employment opens up for them and they also keep getting an income so that their expenses can be met.
