During a break on a boat tour in Arraial do Cabo, I captured this moment at Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia, one of the city's most beautiful landmarks.
The seagulls that inhabit this area always seem to be watching, interacting with the tourists passing by. In this photo, one of them rests majestically on a rock, as if guarding the breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains in the background.
This is my entry for the @PhotoFeed Contest, with the theme Wildlife Photography, in round 88.

Durante uma pausa em um passeio de barco em Arraial do Cabo, capturei esse momento nas Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia, um dos cartões postais mais lindos da cidade.
As gaivotas que habitam essa região parecem estar sempre à espreita, interagindo com os turistas que passam por ali. Na foto, uma delas repousa imponente sobre a rocha, como se estivesse guardando a vista deslumbrante do mar e das montanhas ao fundo.
