Could come up with a dozen other curious tags for this post, like: #weimar, #inflation, #stamps, #millionaire... (and lets dont forget #macro and #macrophotography, lol). but who cares about the tags nowadays?.. no, seriously? anyway, I took a series of photos for my slowly maturing post about stamps and collectioneering, but while it is a work in progress, I wanted badly to share this picture, cause, huh, it really was my best Photo of a Day yesterday. I am so in live with all this Weimar series of stamps from 1923, which was the peak point of inflation -- and this certain stamp is on the top of it. Beautiful imprint, amazing colours. There are no weird insects or tricky parts of a flower with 1000% magnification here, but still. I guess it is a hell good macro capture! what do you think?..

PS. The catchpraise I used in the title belongs to Mr Tom Waits, and was quoted will all my respect, and no plagiarism intended. If you are intrested to dive in more into it, the tune is called 'Little Drop of Poison' (its a non album collaboration track from 90-es). Now thats all.
