I am returning with my jumping spider for this week's macro contest. This jumping spider is so nice, and quite big compared to the others that I mostly photograph.

There is also a nice story of how I got this spider, I actually didn't find this spider at the first place, but rather the kids around my neighbor who usually played around the house and knows my interest in macro photography.

He came to my house and showed me the spider, and that makes me so happy. I took my camera and starts taking photos of this jumping spider. The kids were so amazed with the result of the photos that I take, since they can really see the details of this jumping spider.

This jumping spider is Thiania bhamoensis which is translated as a spider from Bhamo. A simple name for this cure spider isn't it?

It then jumps into my camera strap. I managed to take some photos of this spider on my strap.

Then I transferred it to one of the plants in my yard. I hope that I can see this guy again next time.
