Hello community, it is a pleasure to greet you, and tell you a little of my experience yesterday. Since 2017 in San Cristobal, Venezuela every year a group of entrepreneurs come together in different spaces of the city to celebrate what is known as "Mercado 5001", this certainly is an experience for both entrepreneurs and the public who see in these spaces a different activity to perform, is said festival or as its name suggests "Mercado" is the right space for the meeting of different types of people in the city.
I have attended most of the editions of this event but this one presented a completely different alternative and those in charge of it were "Blüm Coffe" basically defined as a coffee of local origin, it is worth mentioning that in this state of Venezuela is rich in abundance with different types of coffee.
Their stand was quite varied, exhibiting some of their products and of course different coffee beans that make the experience more complete.
The tasting came in a Vanilla Latte from an excellent barista and of course a very good presentation with respect to the taste of coffee quite smooth, enjoyable and of course with a pleasant climate.
On the other hand I will leave you a little bit of the instagram of these guys who also have their coffee stand in a very busy area of San Cristobal.

Hola comunidad, es un gusto saludarles, y contarles un poco de mi experiencia el día de ayer. Desde el año 2017 en San Cristóbal, Venezuela cada año un grupo de emprendedores se unen en diferentes espacios de la ciudad para celebrar los que se conoce como “Mercado 5001”, esto sin duda es una experiencia tanto para los emprendedores como el público que ve en estos espacios una actividad diferente por realizar, es dicho festival o como su nombre lo indica “Mercado” es el espacio correcto para el encuentro de diferentes tipos de personas de la ciudad.
He asistido a la mayoría de ediciones que han realizado de este evento pero este presentó una alternativa completamente diferente y los encargados de eso era “Blüm Coffe” básicamente se definen como un café de origen de la zona, cabe destacar que en este estado de Venezuela es rico en abundancia con diferentes tipos de café
Su stand era bastante variado exhiben algunas de sus cosas y por supuestos distintos granos de café que hacen la experiencia mas completa
La degustación vino en una Latte Vainilla de un excelente barista y por supuesto una muy buena presentación con respecto al sabor del café bastante suave, ameno y por supuesto con un clima agradable
Por otra parte les dejare un poco del instagram de estos chicos que además cuentan con su puesto de café en una zona bastante concurrida de San Cristóbal
