A cordial greeting to my coffelover☕ lovers.

Today I want to share with you a pleasant experience. Last Sunday, July 28th, I had a birthday and as it is always customary in my home we give gifts in advance, besides the fact that this day my country would be waiting for a definitive change and everyone is full of hope.

A day before I received the gifts from my husband with my children and I was grateful for the blessing of being able to receive these details that fill my soul. We left very early to exercise our right to vote, since that day we were going to my in-laws' house to spend my birthday.

Upon arriving from exercising our right with my children, I enter the room and my daughter calls me to go out for a moment, when I go out, I started to jump with pure emotion, what joy, what happiness, I was receiving a birthday gift from my daughter, the hand blender for foam that I longed for and an instant coffee that always called me curiosity.

I had seen this coffee a few days before in the super market and I was curious, she took some pictures of it without me noticing and I noticed that it has a price of 12 bolivars, which is my currency, as I was saying, for me this was my best birthday present, because everyone here knows my love for coffee and my great addiction, I did not want to wait any longer and I said vamo I want to try this new brand of coffee, at home I had Chantilly prepared from a cold cake that had been made a few days ago.

I wanted to make a version of cappuccino with Chantilly cream, only this one was strawberry flavored. So I said to myself, let's get to work. The coffee is called Mahmood, classic cappuccino, this one has several flavors, because I observed them when I went there. Now let's go to the ingredients of this special coffee that I wanted to drink on my birthday, to celebrate life and the joy of my new gift and to delight myself with this coffee that I did not know yet how it would be.

✓ One sachet of Mahmood coffee
✓ A glass of strawberry whipped cream
✓ One sachet of chocolate topping brought by the coffee itself.
✓ Two slices of strawberry
✓ A quarter pitcher of boiled water, which was measured with the cup and gives half a cup.

Step #1: Add the boiled water to the cup, then add the Mahmood brand instant coffee and start whisking for a few minutes.

Step #2: Once the coffee has been whipped for a few minutes, add the whipped cream to the coffee and decorate with the chocolate topping and two slices of strawberry.

Well my loves, when I had the Mahmood coffee ready I tasted it and it really has a bitter taste like the cappuccino, however it is not as strong as the ones we are used to taste in the coffee shops, but when I added this combination with the strawberry Chantilly and the chocolate topping its taste was really majestic and very appetizing, I enjoyed every sip and aroma.

I was very, very happy, drinking a coffee made with love with one of my favorite gifts. I thank with all my love to my daughter, because they know my love for coffee and even if they tell me to leave it, it hurts you, they always end up pleasing me. Ha, ha, ha, ha. Un cordial saludo a mis amantes de coffelover☕

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una grata experiencia. El pasado domingo 28 de julio estuve de cumpleaños y como siempre es costumbre en mi hogar los regalos los damos adelantados, además de que esté día mi país estaría esperando un cambio definitivo y todos llenos de esperanzas.

Un día antes recibí los obsequios de mi esposo junto a mis hijos y agradecí por la bendición de poder aún recibir estos detalles que me llenan el alma. Salimos muy temprano para ejercer nuestro derecho al voto, ya que, ese día iríamos a casa de mis suegros a pasar mi día de cumpleaños.

Al llegar de ejercer nuestro derecho junto a mis hijos, entro al cuarto y mi hija me llama a qué salga un momento, cuando salgo, empecé a saltar de pura emoción, que alegría, que felicidad, estaba recibiendo de regalo de cumpleaños por parte de mi hija, la batidora de mano para espuma que tanto anhelaba y un café instantáneo que siempre me llamo la curiosidad.

Este café lo había visto unos días antes en el super mercado y me llamo la curiosidad ella le tomo unas fotos sin yo darme cuenta y observé que tiene un precio de 12 bolívares, que es mi moneda, como les decía, para mi este fue mi mejor regalo de cumpleaños, pues aquí todos conocen mi amor por el café y mi gran adicción, no quise esperar más y dije vamo que ya la quiero estrenar y probar esta nueva marca de cafe, en casa tenia Chantilly preparada de un pastel frio que se habia hecho hace unos dias.

Quería hacer una versión de cappuccino con crema Chantilly, solo que está era de sabor a fresas. Así que me dije ¡vamos manos a la obra!. El cafe se llama Mahmood, cappuccino clasico, este tiene varios sabores, porque los observé cuando fui. Ahora sí vamos a los ingredientes de este café especial que me quise tomar el día de mi cumpleaños, para celebrar la vida y la alegría de mi nuevo regalo y deleitarme de este café que aún no sabía que tal sería.

✓ Un sobre de café Mahmood
✓Un vaso de Chantilly de fresa
✓ Un sobre de topping de chocolate que trae el mismo café.
✓ Dos rodajas en fresa
✓ un cuarto de jarra de agua hervida, que fue medida con la copa y da media copa.

✓Cuchara

✓ paso #1: Agregamos el agua hervida a la copa, seguidamente él café instantáneo de marca Mahmood e iniciamos a batir por unos minutos.

✓ Paso #2: Cuando ya hemos batido por unos minutos él café, agregué la chantillin al café y decore con el topping de chocolate que este trae y dos rodajas de fresa.

✓ paso#3: Aqui les presentó este hermoso café hecho con amor para celebrar mi vida.

Bueno mis amores, cuando tenía listo él café Mahmood lo deguste y realmente tiene un sabor amargoso como el cappuccino, más sin embargo no es fuerte como los que estamos acostumbrados a degustar en las cafeterias, pero al agregarle está combinación con la Chantilly de fresa y el topping de chocolate realmente su sabor fue majestuoso y muy apetecible, disfrute de cada sorbo y aroma.

Estaba muy, pero muy feliz, tomando un café realizado con amor con uno de mis regalos favoritos. Agradezco con todo el amor a mi hija, ya que, ellos conocen mi amor por el café y aunque me digan déjalo que te hace daño, siempre terminan complaciéndome. Ja, ja, ja.
